Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Non-stick spray or 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Steps

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs with water.
  4. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly spray ravioli with non-stick spray or brush with oil.
  6. Air fry 6–8 minutes (or bake 12–15 minutes) until golden and crisp, flipping once halfway.
  7. Warm marinara sauce in the microwave or on the stove.
  8. Serve hot with marinara for dipping.
